What’s Wrong With This Sentence?

The Phillies are being used in TBS’ Postseason promotions, so much so that bus shelters in the City of Sibling-ly Love are being turned into virtual dugouts, complete with life-sized pics of Ryan Howard, Roy Halliday, etc.  But the press release tells us where these bus stops can be found:

“In Philadelphia, fans waiting for the bus on Market Street between 10th and 14th Streets will have the opportunity to experience the excitement of MLB Postseason on TBS and interact immediately through available mobile technology (QR codes) in the dugouts. The QR codes embedded into the dugout display give fans the ability to receive special tune-in messages by scanning the bar code with their mobile devices.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but is there no 14th Street?  That’d be Broad Street from what I know.
